Amazon Rolls Out Orin, a New Agentic AI for Third-Party Sellers

Amazon is expanding its use of agentic AI into one of its largest commercial ecosystems with the rollout of Orin, a new AI system designed to assist third-party sellers across the Amazon marketplace.

Unlike traditional seller tools that require users to search through dashboards and manually interpret large amounts of marketplace data, Orin is designed to work more directly with a seller’s business. It can analyze sales performance, inventory conditions, customer demand and marketplace activity, then turn those signals into practical recommendations and actions.

For independent sellers, a large part of running an Amazon business involves making decisions before the data becomes obvious. A product may begin gaining attention while inventory remains limited. Advertising costs can change as competition increases. Seasonal demand can arrive faster than expected. Orin is designed to help sellers identify these changes earlier and respond with a more structured approach.
